Miguel C. Reis speaks to Jornal de Negócios about the separation of invoices in pharmacies

Miguel C. Reis, a PLMJ partner who specialises in tax law, has spoken to the newspaper Jornal de Negócios about the separation of invoices in pharmacies. He points out that the law does not require the taxpayer to ask for separate invoices to guarantee the deduction of health care costs against personal income tax (IRS) and laments the fact that the Tax Authority wants “its work made easier when it hasn’t prepared the system”.
