PLMJ publishes its first Corporate Social Responsibility Report

29/09/2014

PLMJ is very proud to publish its first Corporate Social Responsibility Report, covering the years 2013 and 2014.

The aim of this report is to embody PLMJ's long tradition of corporate responsibility, begun by founding partner António Maria Pereira with the provision of pro bono services. For the first time, the great work this firm has done in this area is brought together in a single document.

Today, corporate responsibility is part and parcel of the way we work and PLMJ's lawyers believe that their day-to-day professional challenges should not prevent them from mobilising to carry out socially responsible work for the good of the community. We must also highlight the innovative and pioneering character of the PLMJ Foundation, led by founding partner Luís Sáragga Leal, in supporting young Portuguese-speaking artists.

We believe that to achieve success and leadership it is, above all, crucial to respect our staff, our clients, our community and the environment.

In times marked by the economic crisis, PLMJ has sought to redouble its efforts and the support it provides in the area of social responsibility, maintaining the high standards of excellence and innovation that characterise the firm.
