Tax specialist Serena Cabrita Neto comments on State Budget proposal to limit appeals against tax decisions to cases of more than €5000

Serena Cabrita Neto, a partner from PLMJ’s tax practice, has analysed the 2015 State Budget proposal that would limit appeals against tax decisions to cases of more than €5000 rather than the current limit of €1250. Serena Cabrita Neto explains that “it will not be possible to appeal against many decisions on IMI (municipal property tax) and even IRS (personal income tax) assessments”.
