TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING

This team is fully prepared to deal with all matters directly related to town and country planning in both the private and public sectors.
The activities handled by this team reflect its multidisciplinary character. Not only does it handle building planning procedures (property subdivision, housing and construction, among others) and the administrative activity of urban planning and rehabilitation (namely, defining the procedures and compiling the legal content of the plans) but it also provides support in project tax planning, litigation services and in the preparation and execution of a full range of land management instruments.
In order to meet the growing number of requests in this area, originating from both Portugal and abroad, the planning law team has been formed from a group of lawyers with extensive academic and professional experience in all areas directly related to planning, administrative law, real estate, tax, litigation and arbitration. On top of this, this team is able to count on the assistance and experience of José Miguel Júdice and Professor Rui Chancerelle de Machete.
