The lawyers of the debt recovery team have all the skills necessary to provide support both in attempting to reach out-of-court settlements and in any court proceedings that may be necessary. Our services cover everything from negotiating with the debtor to obtaining judgment and enforcing that judgment against the debtor.  

In order to offer a distinctive and personalised service, our lawyers try to reach an agreement with the debtor before turning to litigation and this pre-litigation stage involves establishing deadlines for payment while seeking alternatives that identify real or personal guarantees from the debtors in order to provide security during the negotiation or renegotiation of the debts owed to our clients. We are also able to assist in analysing the financial situation of the debtor and in evaluating the possibilities for enforcement.

The debt recovery team works side by side with the lawyers of the corporate recovery and insolvency practice and is able to deal with all aspects of insolvency proceedings including, from the creditor’s perspective, the defence of their credit rights and the full exercise of all their rights under the law.
