About Nuno

Nuno is an senior associate in the Banking and Finance and Capital Market practice, and he has assisted clients with project finance and corporate finance deals in the areas of energy, natural resources, real estate and infrastructures.

He has also advised lenders and sponsors on financial structures and products, including structured finance, direct lending, asset finance, corporate lending, trade and export finance. Nuno also has experience in cross-border financing in Portugal and Africa, particularly in Mozambique.

Nuno has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a master's in administrative law - public procurement - from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Lisbon). He also completed an LLM in international business law at Católica School of Law.

Nuno is admitted to both the Portuguese and Mozambican Bar Associations.
