André Figueiredo and Duarte Schmidt Lino, both senior associates from PLMJ’s banking and finance practice, are taking part in the seminar on corporate governance at which they will also present the new book on the topic “The Governance of Organisations: The Expansive Vocation of Corporate Governance”. The initiative is a partnership between Governance Lab, Universidade Católica Portuguesa and the publisher Almedina, and will take place on 12 October at the law faculty of Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 9 a.m.
