PLMJ lawyers speak at the Workshop on "Bankruptcy, Business Restructuring and Revitalisation Programme" at the Northern Regional Delegation of the Order of Economists

Lawyers from PLMJ’s Oporto office will take part in a workshop on "Bankruptcy, Business Restructuring and Revitalisation Programme" on 5 July at the Northern Regional Delegation of the Order of Economists. PLMJ is co-organising this initiative at which PLMJ partner Tomás Pessanha, will speak about the Revitalisation Programme, Maria Conceição Cabaços, a senior associate at PLMJ, will present SIREVE (the out-of-court corporate recovery system) and Diana Miranda, a PLMJ associate, will give a presentation focused on the new special revitalisation process. The workshop aims to cover issues related to recent legislative developments in the field of insolvency and corporate recovery, as well as the new process of revitalisation and SIREVE (the extrajudicial corporate recovery system), which forms part of the new legal framework for the revitalisation of business – the Revitalisation Programme.
