PLMJ organises conference on Restrictive Trade Practices Law

PLMJ and BPLD&A, a member of PLMJ's national partners network, have organised a conference on the newly published Restrictive Trade Practices Law. The event takes place on 7 March at the Hotel Marina Atlântico in Ponta Delgada (The Azores). The aim of this initiative is to clear up doubts about this new legislation, which will have a great impact on relationships between suppliers and distributors. PLMJ senior associate Luís Pinto Monteiro, a competition law specialist is a speaker at the conference which will also feature Victor Borges da Ponte, a partner at BPLD and also Pedro Santos of Norma Açores.
