Catarina Gonçalves de Oliveira joins PLMJ's capital markets team

PLMJ has strengthened its capital markets team with the hiring of a new senior associate, Catarina Gonçalves de Oliveira.

With more than 13 years’ experience in capital markets, M&A and privatisations, the new lawyer joins the team led by Magda Viçoso.

Catarina Gonçalves de Oliveira has a law degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and postgraduates in company management law from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and in securities law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
