15/10/2014

The Financial Times has published its list of ‘FT Law 50: Law Firm Innovators 2014’ and PLMJ appears on this ranking of the 50 most innovative law firms in Europe for the fourth consecutive year, this time in 41st place.

The Financial Times has also ranked PLMJ as highly commended in the Corporate Strategy category, for maintaining “its competitive edge through the creation of new pricing units in debt recovery, due diligence, trademarks and patents”, offering more competitive pricing predominantly in standard legal procedures and less complex matters. PLMJ was also commended in the Client Service category for the combined legal and technical audit on data protection, which it offers in partnership with Critical Software.

In the most competitive and challenging year yet, with more than 550 candidacies from 160 law firms of different sizes from every corner of Europe, PLMJ has maintained its place in the top 50 firms. Despite a lower place in this year’s ranking, PLMJ remains among the most innovative firm in Europe alongside many large global and international firms.

The FT Innovative Lawyers ranking recognises legal innovation and originality in specific deals and cases, as well as law firms’ management and development strategies.
