TTR’s M&A transaction of Q3 2014 handled by PLMJ

The latest mergers and acquisitions report from Transaction Track Record (TTR) - for the third quarter of this year - names the Oxy Capital’s investment, through the Oxy Capital Mezzanine fund, in the share capital of gym management company Fitness Hut as the deal of the quarter. PLMJ provided legal advice on the transaction and finds itself once again among the top legal advisers in terms of transaction value, with 1,637 million euros from 7 operations handled.
