José Miguel Júdice contributes to Iberian Lawyer Annual Report

José Miguel Júdice, the partner who heads PLMJ Arbitration, has contributed to the most recent edition of the magazine Iberian Lawyer’s Annual Report in the section on Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Iberia. For José Miguel Júdice the year was marked by insolvency and restructuring cases but, for the coming year, he predicts an increase in ADR work, particularly in arbitrations and mediation.
