PLMJ partner Tiago Duarte takes part in the conference “TTIP: dialogue between partners”

PLMJ partner, Tiago Duarte, is to take part in the conference “TTIP: dialogue between partners” on 26(27 March at Centro Cultural de Belém in Lisbon. Tiago Duarte, who is also a member of the Portuguese Arbitration Association, will speak about ISDS - Investor to State Dispute Settlement, which is one of the main concerns of Portuguese stakeholders.

The main objective of this two-day conference is to promote dialogue about the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) between stakeholders and representatives of the European Commission, The European Parliament and the Government of Portugal.

The second day of the conference (27 March) will be dedicated to debate organised by sectors including agriculture and food industries; industry and research; energy and the environment and consumer protection.
