Manuel Lopes Rocha invited to take part in the Public Procurement Summer School programme organised by the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica in Oporto

Manuel Lopes Rocha, a PLMJ partner who specialises in intellectual property, is to take part in the programme Public Procurement Summer School - The implementation of the Directives, on 10 September. This event is organised by the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica in Oporto and runs from 7 to 11 September. Manuel Lopes Rocha will be responsible for the session dedicated to e-procurement.
