PLMJ managing partner Luís Pais Antunes moderates European Seminar on competition law

Luís Pais Antunes, PLMJ's managing partner, will be the guest moderator of the European Seminar on competition law taking place today and tomorrow in the Salón de Actos of law firm Uría Menéndez in Madrid. This event is organised by AEDC (the Spanish Association for Defensive Competition), CAPDC (the Circle of Portuguese Competition Lawyers), the University of Trento and AFE (the French Association for the Study of Competition).

The PLMJ managing partner will moderate the first panel of the session, on the topic of “Procedural questions: powers of investigation and sanction of the anti-trust authorities. Rights of defence”. The panel members will be Pedro Marques Bom, president of the Portuguese Competition Authority, Eduardo Prieto, president of the Spanish Competition Authority and the representatives of the French and Italian Competition Authorities.
