PLMJ partner José-Miguel Júdice answers Expresso's question "What shall we do with tax havens?"

José-Miguel Júdice, the partner who heads PLMJ Arbitration, has spoken to the Portuguese weekly newspaper 'Expresso' about offshore companies. In the article he argues that "wanting to put an end to offshore companies is like wanting to put an end to prostitution". He adds that "very often, offshore companies have a logic that is in no way unlawful, just as there can be prostitution for love".
