Pedro Ferreira de Sousa writes about foreign workers in Portugal

Pedro Ferreira de Sousa, a senior associate from PLMJ Employment and Labour, has written an article entitled “Legal rules on foreign workers in Portugal, in particular, highly qualified workers”, for the magazine Vida Judiciária.

The lawyer explains the legal rules that apply to professionals working permanently in Portugal, as a result of an “attraction for the challenge of labour mobility and, perhaps less positively, the overriding need for this same mobility”.
