Jorge Brito Pereira participates in the Cycle of Conferences on the Commercial Companies Code Reform

The Cycle of Conferences on the Commercial Companies Code Reform, an event organized in the honour of Professor Raul Ventura, took place the 23^rd and the 24^th of June at the University of Lisbon Law School Auditorium.

Jorge Brito Pereira, PLMJ Senior Partner and Head  of the firm’s Capital Markets Department, was one of the speakers to be invited to the Meeting, having presented an intervention which integrated the panel entitled ”The Revolution in the Commercial Acts shape ”. His participation versed specifically on the Constitution, Merger and Secession of Companies.
