Our head office has a modern multi-purpose auditorium with a 60-seat capacity and is equipped with sophisticated sound and image systems.

The auditorium is frequently used for training courses and conferences on the various branches of law in which PLMJ lawyers specialise. It is also used for training courses aimed at consolidating and expanding younger lawyers’ legal and specialised knowledge.

The auditorium is also available for use subject to prior reservation by clients for training course aimed at their own company and staff.

A vast library of more than 4,000 books clearly reflects the firm’s attitude to study, research and analysis, as well as the ongoing learning and detailed study approach we apply to the questions asked by our clients.

Side by side with century-old books are the latest Portuguese and foreign legal publications, as well as the complete set of the Official Gazette - I Series since 1929.

Approximately 200 new works are acquired each year in order to ensure that our lawyers are constantly updating and expanding their knowledge.

All articles of interest to the exercise of legal profession, whether published in periodical legal magazines or other media, are constantly monitored and divulged to the firm’s lawyers.

PLMJ has 24 conference rooms (20 in the Lisbon office, 2 in the Oporto office and 2 in the Algarve office), all fully equipped with the most sophisticated sound and image technology and videoconference systems in order to meet our clients’ every need.
