Access to Revitalisation Funds analysed by Paulo Farinha Alves for Jornal de Negócios

After minister Pires de Lima announced last week that access to Revitalisation Funds would be open from August, the newspaper Jornal de Negócios decided to look into the limits and impositions on access to those funds. Debts to Social Security and in respect of taxes are not bars to companies wanting to compete for Regional Business Expansion Funds and this raises some issues on which Paulo Farinha Alves, a PLMJ partner and litigation specialist, provided help and explanations.
