António Júdice Moreira, an associate from PLMJ’s
arbitration practice, was one of the names chosen to join the Under-40 Coordinating Committee of the Portuguese Arbitration Association (APA). Created in September 2011, the Under-40 Committees is intended to represent younger associates in the APA.
Arbitration has been an important point of focus for PLMJ, which has a specialised arbitration team that is handling a growing number of domestic and international cases. Besides representing clients in arbitral proceedings, a number of lawyers from the firm have been appointed to act as arbitrators in cases involving third parties.
