Lawyers from PLMJ’s Oporto office to speak at workgroups organised by AICCOPN on the Management of Construction Companies during the Crisis

Lawyers from PLMJ’s Oporto office will speak at workgroups organised by AICCOPN - Association of Manufacturers of Construction and Public Works Management on the Management of Construction Companies during the Crisis. The workgroups will be held between 20 September and 16 October in Oporto. Frederico Perry Vidal (partner), Diogo Duarte Campos (senior associate) and Carla Machado (trainee) will speak on the Law on [Financial] Commitments and late payments  by local authorities at the session on 25 September. These workgroups are intended to clarify matters by taking a practical approach and are geared towards the specifics of the sector. They aim to convey information about possible strategies to address the current crisis and to help clarify the law on employment, tax and management issues.
