Manuel Santos Vítor and Nuno Luís Sapateiro write article on insurance for the International Bar Association

Manuel Santos Vítor, the partner who heads the PLMJ Energy team, and Nuno Luís Sapateiro, a managing associate from PLMJ Corporate/M&A, have written an article entitled "Challenges for the Portuguese insurance sector", for the IBA Newsletter.

In their overview of the insurance sector in Portugal, the PLMJ lawyers highlight the fact that the implementation of new technological solutions in the industry have raised new legal, ethical and regulatory questions, which necessarily impact the activity of regulators, insurers, distributors and consumers.
