“Communicating in Times of Crisis and Change” was the theme discussed at the 2011 & APCE GLOBAL ALLIANCE INTERNATIONAL Forum, held in Lisbon and featured in the magazine Comunicação Empresarial. PLMJ partner Nuno Morais Sarmento spoke at the forum and identified new needs and expectations of society and the ways they are expressed outside the framework of institutions.
