Lawyers from PLMJ’s Oporto office are trainers at a workshop on the new rules on Urban Rehabilitation and the new rent rules to take place on 23 November, at the head office of AICCOPN - Association of Industrial Leaders in Civil Construction and Public Works, on Oporto. The lawyers involved are PLMJ partner Frederico Perry Vidal, senior associates Diogo Duarte Campos and Maria Santa Martha, as well as trainee lawyer Carla Machado. The lawyers will present the changes to the legislation and clear up any doubts about their impact.
