PLMJ Lawyers from the Oporto office give a course in "Contract Management for Public Works Contracts" at the headquarters of AICCOPN.

PLMJ partner Frederico Perry Vidal, senior associate Diogo Duarte Campos and trainee Carla Machado, all lawyers at PLMJ’s Oporto office, are giving a course on "Contract Management for Public Works Contracts" at the headquarters of the Association of Civil Construction and Public Works Industrialists (AICCOPN) in Oporto. The session aims to clarify the most relevant aspects of the implementation phase as provided for in the Public Contract Code (PCC) which was approved in January.
