PLMJ hosts meeting of the World Services Group's Patent Law and Life Sciences Groups

On 28 and 29 April, PLMJ is hosting a meeting of the World Services Group's (WSG) Patent Law and Life Sciences Groups. The event will take place in PLMJ's auditorium in Lisbon.

The meeting, which is entitled 'Patent Law & Life Sciences Workshop' will bring together 21 lawyers from a number of different countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, France, Italy, Mexico, Poland, the UK and the USA.

The discussions will include: key topics for the Chinese market, the European patent with unitary effect, and imports and exports. The speakers at the event will be Ana Teresa Pulido, the partner who heads PLMJ Trademarks and Patents, Joaquim Cunha, executive director at Health Cluster, Catherine Zheng, partner at Deacons, Hong Kong, Anton Horn, partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Woltek, Germany, Jeffrey R. Schaefer partner at Ulmer & Berne, USA; Lothar Ende, partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Woltek, Germany, and Bejamin Kern LL.M. from Hain Lifescience GmbH, USA.
