PLMJ partner Miguel Spínola writes opinion article on the development of Mozambique in Jornal de Negócios

Miguel Spínola, the partner who heads the PLMJ Mozambique Desk, has written an opinion article on the development of Mozambique and the challenges the country faces for the newspaper Jornal de Negócios.

In the article, the PLMJ lawyer points out that "the first stage of development is the solidification of the country’s institutions and of democracy, as well as respect for the principles and foundations of the rule of law. This is the only way for the country to achieve the level of development it so desires and deserves".
