PLMJ promotes eight new associates to strengthen a range of practice areas

PLMJ has just promoted eight of its trainee lawyers as new associates. This is a continuation of the firm’s policy to reward the talent of these young lawyers who are beginning an important new phase in their careers. In line with the career aspirations of each lawyer and the needs of the firm, the new PLMJ associates are joining the following practice areas:

 

 Luís Castilho joins the tax practice
Nuno Serrão Faria and Eduardo Sáragga Leal join the corporate and M&A practice
José Azeredo, also joins the corporate and M&A practice to give special support to the German Desk PLMJ, Maria de Sousa Leite, joins the same area to work on international projects
Pedro Malaquias is the new associate for the telecoms, media and technology practice (TMT)
Maria Ataíde Cordeiro joins the public law practice
Carla Machado is the new associate at PLMJ’s Oporto.

 

All these new associates stand out not only because of their capacity for work and commitment during their training period, but also because they make a positive contribution to the PLMJ team. The search for excellence and the determination to retain talent are internal policies of the firm and the new associates reflect this. PLMJ wishes all of them the very best of luck.
