Bruno Ferreira writes about the relevance of ESG factors from a human rights perspective

Bruno Ferreira, PLMJ's managing partner and a partner in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices, has written an opinion article on one more perspective to analyse the relevance of ESG (environmental, social and governance) factors in the way companies operate, instead of focusing exclusively on maximising shareholder profit.
