Coronavirus: institutional message

13/03/2020

To our clients and partners,

In these challenging circumstances, PLMJ’s priority is to keep all its staff and clients safe, and to do this with no disruption whatsoever in the services we provide to our clients.

Therefore, we would like to inform you that all our services are operating normally and we have put in place all the measures necessary to be able to support our clients with our usual levels of quality and responsiveness.

We are well aware of the responsibility that each business and each employee has to the community at large to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. For that reason, we have taken a set of appropriate measures, including those relating to health and safety at work. We have also suspended business travel and required our staff to self-isolate after any trips. Moreover, we have made it possible for most of our lawyers and staff to work from home. Face-to-face meetings will now only take place if they are absolutely essential and we have suspended all events that could bring together large groups of people.

These and other measures have been adopted to protect what is essential and to ensure that we are all doing what we have to do in this mission: keeping everyone safe. Ourselves and our community. As always, we will continue to provide close support to our clients and to assist them in their challenges.

Giving the best of ourselves is the commitment we have made to our clients and it is a commitment that drives us every day. Even in the most difficult times, like the ones we are facing today.

This is a time of enormous responsibility and we ask everyone for their commitment and effort. This is our promise.
