Dirce Rente, a managing associate in PLMJ's Dispute Resolution practice, has written an opinion article on the Constitutional Court's decision to strike down the cybercrime law due to the unconstitutionality of certain provisions.

In the article published in Advocatus, the PLMJ specialist considers that with this decision "the Portuguese justice system has been dignified and we have all won as citizens who see our best rights confirmed and respected".
