Lawyers Carolina Meireles, Rita Albuquerque and Jorge Bastos Leitão strengthen PLMJ’s corporate and M&A area under the leadership of partners Vitor Réfega Fernandes and Manuel Santos Vitor.

Carolina Meireles and Rita Albuquerque return to PLMJ, both after a period with the law firm GarrigueS, and Jorge Bastos Leitão comes here from the law firm Belzuz.

These lawyers share considerable experience in corporate and mergers and acquisitions work, both here in Portugal and on the international scene. They also share strong academic backgrounds and Jorge Bastos Leitão has recently completed his LLM.
