PLMJ partner Nuno Guedes Vaz speaks to Diário Económico on the CJEU ruling that travel by mobile workers counts as ‘working time’

Nuno Guedes Vaz, a PLMJ partner who specialises in employment law, has spoken to the newspaper Diário Económico about the ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union that the time those with no fixed place of work (mobile workers) spend travelling between home and their first and last places of work each day counts as 'working time'.
