PLMJ senior associate Maria Inês Assis and associate Dearbháile Banahan speak at seminars organised by SEB Private Banking

Maria Inês Assis, a senior associate from PLMJ Tax, and Dearbháile Banahan, a PLMJ associate in real estate/construction and litigation, took part in the seminars organised by SEB Private Banking in Lagos and Cascais on 29 and 30 March.

The principal targets of these seminars were clients and potential clients of the bank who have investments in Portugal or who would like to invest in the country. The main topics discussed at the event included the possibility of making money from properties by renting them out as temporary tourist accommodation and the tax implications of this type of activity.
