PLMJ's Board of Directors re-elected until 2024

17/01/2022

PLMJ's current Board of Directors has been reappointed to lead the firm for the three-year period 2022-2024. The Partners Meeting renewed the term of office of the management body, which has been in office since September 2018, and added two new partners.

Bruno Ferreira and Luís Pais Antunes were reappointed to head PLMJ's Board of Directors for the three-year period 2022 - 2024. Luís Pais Antunes will continue as co-managing partner only during 2022 and will subsequently cease to occupy that position in alignment with the provisions of the firm's statutes regarding retirement age.

PLMJ managing partner Bruno Ferreira : "It is with both great enthusiasm and a sense of great responsibility that the current Board of Directors accepts the renewal of the vote of confidence of the partners of this firm. In 2018, we took on the mission of preparing PLMJ for the next 20 years and the last three years have seen profound transformation in the organisation. The results of this process are a source of pride for the more than 400 people who make up this firm, which was renewed on the outside in 2018 - when we moved to our headquarters - and today is renewed on the inside.

The path of transformation and innovation is always unfinished and it cannot be any other way. But today we can say that we are looking forward to the next 20 years and this would not be possible without the commitment of all the partners, lawyers and management team. This Board of Directors could not be more grateful for everyone's commitment."

Bruno Ferreira, co-managing partner and partner in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practice
