State Budget 2022 - Main tax measures

PLMJ's Tax team presents the main tax measures set out in the draft state budget for 2022, which the government presented to the Portuguese Parliament on 13 April.

The PLMJ specialists point out that the draft law is set in a post-pandemic context, but still one of great uncertainty. It is characterised by significant inflationary pressures and a military conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
