Amendments to the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration

The IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence are the most important rules on the taking of evidence in international arbitration. 

The most recent amendments to these rules came into force this year and they introduce innovative regulations for issues that are significant in the context of the pandemic: virtual hearings and remote security.
