Ana Oliveira Rocha, a senior associate from PLMJ’s corporate and M&A practice who specialises in energy and natural resources, has written an opinion article on the energy market for the magazine Advocatus. The senior associate believes that "the cut with the current policies will force Portugal into greater dependence on external sources of energy including hydrocarbons and, in the final analysis, to an oligopoly".
