José Miguel Júdice appointed to the list of arbitrators of the CAESP

José Miguel Júdice, founding partner and member of PLMJ Arbitration, has been appointed to the list of arbitrators of the, CAESP – the Arbitral Council of the State of São Paulo.

With this appointment, José Miguel is now on 19 lists of arbitrators on four different continents, including the ICSID (World Bank) and the Permanent Court of Arbitration (The Hague). The CAESP is a private, independent and non-profit institution, and its mission is to harmonise human relations through mediation and arbitration. Its members are arbitrators, lawyers and other professionals who are specially trained to administer conflicts. They boast extensive experience and know-how in all areas of the law.

At the same time, José Miguel has been reappointed as the Country Reporter for Portugal of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration of the Center for American and International Law, based in Dallas, Texas. This Institute is one of the world leaders for educational forums in the field of international arbitration.
