PLMJ National Partners Conference on the Revitalizar programme - 30 November - in Coimbra

PLMJ has organised yet another event dedicated to the Programa Revitalizar (Revitalise Programme) as part its PLMJ National Partners Conferences. Lawyers from PLMJ and from its partner offices in Coimbra, Guimarães, Viseu and the Azores will analyse the implementation of this and others programmes and tools announced by the Government to help companies to find  alternatives and avoid situation of bankruptcy and insolvency. The meeting will take place on 30 November at the Quinta das Lágrimas hotel in Coimbra and the programme includes  presentation on the Revitalise Programme, the PER –Special Revitalisation Plan, SIREVE – the system for out-of-court recovery of companies, alternative sources of financing for companies and labour relations in the contest of corporate revitalisation proceedings. At the end of the conference there will be a time for a debate between the audience and the participants to answer any questions and address the issues raised.
