Ricardo Oliveira, the partner who heads PLMJ’s EU and competition law team, has written an opinion article for the newspaper Diário Económico on competition policy priorities for the year 2015. Ricardo Oliveira says that “the Competition Authority has changed for the better over the last two years. We now hope to see effective action that fully respects defence rights”.
