About David

David is an associate in the Real Estate, Planning and Tourism practice and he has professional experience in public law, in particular, in the areas of administrative litigation and administrative law.

He has provided legal support and advice to public and private bodies on town planning operations, at both the licensing and implementation stages.

David has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and completed a postgraduate course in commercial companies law at the Centre for Private Law Research. He also attended a postgraduate course in public procurement law organised by the Institute of Legal-Political Sciences of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

David is currently studying for a master’s in administrative law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

He is a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in the legal and political sciences group, and an assistant researcher at the Centre for Private Law Research of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
