About Marta
Marta is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice where she provides pre-litigation and litigation advice with a particular focus on civil and commercial law.
She has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and a master's degree in private law from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She also attended a postgraduation course in corporate law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
Marta is currently the coordinator of the junior team of the Observatory for the Application of Competition Law.
