About Rodrigo

Rodrigo is an associate in the EU and Competition Law practice. He represents Portuguese and international clients in administrative proceedings before the European Commission and the Portuguese Competition Authority. He also handles civil liability claims arising from practices restricting competition.

With further experience in EU law, Rodrigo has also advised clients in cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Rodrigo is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and completed a postgraduate course in banking law at the Centre for Private Law Research.
