About Sara
Sara is an associate in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices. Her main clients are banks, financial institutions, listed companies and investment funds. Sara has worked on a range of capital market and financing operations, including debt issuance, real estate finance, corporate finance, and the sale and purchase of portfolios of real estate assets and credits.
She earned an LL.M. in law in a European and global context from Católica Global School of Law and an LL.M. in international financial law from King's College London. Sara is currently attending a postgraduate course in banking law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
