About André

André is a managing associate  in the Tax practice and has more than 10 years' professional experience in tax law, with a particular focus on the areas of VAT and wealth taxes.

He focuses on providing legal support in domestic and international investment structuring operations, corporate reorganisations, real estate investments, tax due diligence and tax litigation. He advises mainly corporate clients.

André has a master's degree in legal procedural sciences. He also completed a postgraduate course in taxation at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon.

Before joining PLMJ, he was a tax consultant at KPMG in the Indirect Tax and Financial Services departments and an adviser at the Office of the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs in the 21st and 22nd Constitutional Governments.
