About Rita
Rita is a partner and co-head of the Real Estate and Tourism practice, and she has more than 25 years' experience in assisting Portuguese and international clients with their real estate projects.
She specialises in dealing with various types of real estate transactions involving investment and divestment processes of shopping centres, office buildings, hotels, logistics parks and a range of portfolios.
Rita also assists in the structuring and negotiation of complex lease agreements, including sale and leaseback transactions, and in construction projects, including hotels, office buildings and university campuses.
Rita is a member of the executive committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Portugal and she is also an associate member of WIRE - Women in Real Estate.
