About Diogo
Diogo is senior associate in the Real Estate, Planning and Tourism practice. With around 10 years’ experience, he has advised on all phases of real estate investment: acquisition, structuring, construction, development, operation, leasing and sale. He has also provided legal support in the areas of tourism, hotels and resorts.
Diogo has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon, and a master’s degree in administrative law and public procurement from the same faculty. He also attended the specialisation course in planning and environmental law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
He has participated as a speaker at events focusing on tourism law and has written on numerous real estate issues.
Before joining PLMJ, Diogo was a lawyer at the law firm Vieira de Almeida & Associados and an adviser to the legal department of S.G.F.I.I. Imopólis, on secondment.
